Amen - and I thought it was only me who thought this!

Best,

You are not alone, friend. Can you imagine Paul setting up tables outside the temple to sell his letters written on papyrus?

I just read George Muellers bio a while back. He never solicted money. He just prayed and God provided only what was needed and then sometimes only in the nick of time. Such as when the orphans were sitting down to breakfast and there was no food. A knock on the door and the milk truck just happened to break down and he had to unload all the milk. could they use it? Then the baker came by with bread that did not sell the day before...

Oh, for that kind of faith!

I was just recently reminded of another person who does not attempt to profit from Christianity. I was never really a fan of Steve Camp until I read his theses submitted to the CCM community. He encouraged them to seek ways to offer their services and products for love offerings only. His albums are all available free of charge - not just in downloadable fashion but even on CD.

I think that is really putting your beliefs into action and I applaud him for it. I'm now a big fan of his music (even when I sometimes disagree with things he says on his blog). :-)

Rich, I did not know that about Camp. That is awesome.
