Synopsis? It read more like a rant to me. Actually, his piece highlights and exacerbates the magesterium mentality of leadership (so-called) in the SBC and its spin-offs (IMB, NAMB, CBF, and yes even the Acts29 outfit, etc.)
Change needs to happen. Where? When? I don't know. Seems to me the only people that get heard are the hotshots with widely read blogs, doctorates, book contracts, and radio programs.
Maybe somebody with a still quiet voice, in an obscure setting...
