Jesus' Birthday

Jennifer Epstein has some very interesting teaching on the Feast of Tabernacles and Jesus' real birthday.

As I was reading her article, it occurred to me how wonderful it would be to celebrate the birth of our Savior not only near the true date but during a quieter time without all the consumerism and noise that surrounds Christmas.

My only question is how do you explain to a 5 year old that the world has been celebrating the wrong date? Birthdays are a big deal to a kid. Grown ups getting the date wrong with with the birth of our exalted Savior is not within their realm of understanding!
